Born in Hong Kong, Trisha was brought up globally and educated in the UK, Singapore and Germany. She started her working life as an Actor in Australia and moved on to Directing and Producing theatre and dance in the UK and Australia.
After selling her Theatrical Agency, ‘Performers Management’ she took on the role of the first artistic producer of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. In the UK in the early 1990s she was involved in producing the First Yugoslav Peace Talks – The Westminster Conference, the closing Ceremony of the World Student Games (Youth Olympics) and European Heads of Government meetings. In Australia Trisha was the Executive Producer of the first Melbourne Fashion Festival.
In the late 1990s Trisha retrained as a Transpersonal Psychotherapist and during her first semester of study was asked by a colleague to work with her, to provide Leadership/Executive Coaching to a wide range of senior management in the UK. Trisha has been providing Executive and Leadership Coaching ever since.
Returning to Australia in 2001, Trisha has been one of the most successful developers of Executive individuals and teams from a wide range of organisations, including Multinationals to Government and local Councils.
